MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Lancaster, PA to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. You will support a trusted team of doctors and staff, helping patients see, look, and be their best.

No optical experience is required as training is provided. You will learn about products, perform fittings, and assist with insurance explanations while contributing to a high-energy, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred.
• Ability to learn about industry, product and services.
• Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
