Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Manning, SC to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience required—training and tools will be provided to learn about eyewear, lenses, and insurance benefits. Weekends/evenings may be required as part of the role.

You will support doctors and office staff in guiding patients through frame and lens choices, fitting eyewear, and ensuring a smooth, caring visit from intake to checkout.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about optical industry.
• Friendly, patient-centered with a team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and advising patients.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales goals through a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Use training to fit and adjust eyeglasses.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
