Responsibilities

• Assists patients with frame and lens selection.
• Educates patients on lens options and sunglasses.
• Ensures proper fit and measurements for all lens types.
• Verifies patient insurance benefits.
• Dispenses glasses and discusses adaptation to new prescriptions.
• Supports repairs and adjustments.
• Lab experience in edging and finishing preferred.
• Supports other tasks in the office as needed.
