Job summary

MyEyeDr. in High Point, NC is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support doctors and teams, helping patients see and look their best. No optical experience is required; we provide training and tools to learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will assist with frame and lens selection, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced office. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of product lines.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient-centric experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively.
• Utilize training to fit and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to serve patients' lens/frame choices.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
