Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and advising patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Drive sales by delivering a great patient experience and meeting targets.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MyEyeDr. brand values in every patient interaction.
