Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team and help patients see and look their best. No optical experience is required; we provide training and the tools needed to learn about frames, lenses, and insurance options.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist patients with frame and lens selection, explain benefits, and collaborate with our Office Optometrist to ensure a seamless experience. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position is preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on fit and options.
• Cultivate a patient experience to meet office goals and sales plans.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
