Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering personalized eyecare in a busy office. You will assist patients with eyewear choices and explain options while learning our product lines and services.

No optical experience required; comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed and grow within a high‑quality vision care culture. Weekend/evening shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales position preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player able to collaborate for the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals through a patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company-provided training.
• Partner with Office Optometrist to best serve patients and lenses/frames.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy during interactions.
