Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Greenwich, CT is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and team in delivering a best-in-class vision care experience. No optical experience is required; training and tools are provided to learn about our products, fittings, and patient service.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required. We offer $16.00 to $20.50 hourly, with bonuses/commissions where applicable, plus medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
• Proactive with problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Able to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and advise on eyewear needs.
• Assist with eyewear selection and explain insurance benefits.
• Work with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Support day-to-day office duties as assigned.
