MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and support a community of doctors and teams who help our patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience? Training will be provided to learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

Join our team today with weekend/evening shifts, earning $16.00–$20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. A commitment to service, collaboration with clinicians, and a focus on patient trust are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear and lens selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient experience built on trust.
• Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide selection of stylish eyewear.
• Complete optometric tasks in partnership with our Office Optometrist to best serve the patient and their selected lenses or frames.
• Collaborate with doctor(s) and team members to provide seamless patient experience.
• Communicate and demonstrate the MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy while working with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
