Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician in Fresno, CA to provide outstanding customer service and support the seamless transition between clinical services and the retail team. You will assist with pretests, diagnostic tasks, and coordinating patient care to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, an associate degree or related certification, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; optical experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products and services.
• Support clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
