Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor in Chesterfield, MO. You will deliver the LensCrafters Experience, greeting customers, assisting with frames and lenses, and coordinating with the optometrist to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include handling paperwork, HIPAA-compliant records, processing orders, operating the POS, and contributing to store promotion and appearance while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Fashion trend awareness preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers and computers.
• Good math and basic arithmetic.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly within 30 seconds.
• Answer the phone within 3 rings.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Process lens orders and invoices.
• Operate POS system accurately and securely.
• Ensure timely delivery estimates and promotions.
• Keep store displays neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Support the optometrist with patient care as needed.
