LensCrafters in Colorado Springs is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain services, assist with frame selections, and coordinate with optometrists and retail staff to ensure top patient care.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, fashion awareness, and efficient operation of the POS while maintaining accurate records and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Solid problem solving and math skills.
• Comfort with fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Experience with cash handling and basic computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly experience.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services clearly.
• Assist customers in frame and lens selection based on vision and lifestyle.
• Assist with pre-examination tasks and patient questions.
• Maintain patient records under HIPAA and operate the POS system accurately.
• Process payments following company security procedures and manage discounts/insurance where applicable.
• Support store promotions and visual displays.
