Luxottica Group’s LensCrafters in Sedalia, MO is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional patient care and support the eyewear journey. You will assist with patient intake, exams prep, and frame sales while upholding HIPAA standards and high-quality service.

You will use the POS system, manage appointments, and collaborate with the optometrist and retail staff to ensure accurate dispensing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service following patient journey expectations.
• Prepare patients for eye exams and review medical history; ask open questions.
• Explain all required documents, tests, products and timelines.
• Perform pre-exam tests with accuracy; explain procedures and answer questions.
• Use the POS terminal to enter client data and process payments securely.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the optometrist and retail teams.
• Provide clinical guidance on lens care and handling.
• Maintain and disinfect contact lens inventory; support the optometrist as needed.
• Organize and file patient records per HIPAA.
