Job summary

For Eyes is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the For Eyes Experience and support eye care services in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers with frame and lens selections, process transactions, and help the Doctor and staff with patient flow in a compliant store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and attention to detail, with opportunities to grow within the organization while working closely with the store team at Park Center.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn about lenses, frames, and optical products.
• Ability to handle cash, operate POS and basic math for transactions.
• Detail-oriented for prescription checks, inventory, and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Experience in retail or optical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with frame and lens selection.
• Explain services, tests, and paperwork to patients in a courteous manner.
• Support Optometrist with patient flow, records, and inventory management.
• Process orders and invoices, maintain store cleanliness and visual displays.
• Ensure security and HIPAA compliance in handling patient information.
