Job summary

The EyeCare Advisor at For Eyes within EssilorLuxottica delivers the For Eyes Experience by greeting customers, explaining tests and services, and assisting in selecting frames and lenses that fit vision, lifestyle and budget. You will support the Doctor and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in a fast-paced retail optical setting.

This part-time role requires high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of fashion trends, and the ability to handle cash

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer calls professionally.
• Explain tests, paperwork and services to patients.
• Assist selection of frames/lenses based on vision and lifestyle.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and process lens orders.
• Keep store displays and POS accurate; ensure safety.
