LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, in Leominster, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Eye Care Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and support the optometric team. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and help patients select frames and lenses that fit lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities include pre-exam testing, HIPAA-compliant record handling, POS operations, and maintaining appealing displays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides information on products and services.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, and services to customers.
• Maintains patient/customer records per HIPAA and company policy.
• Operates POS system and handles payments securely.
• Assists in frame and lens selection based on vision needs and lifestyle.
• Performs pre-examination testing and supports Optometrist as needed.
• Ensures store displays meet company guidelines and maintains a clean, safe environment.
