Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience to patients and customers, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service. You will assist with frames, lenses, and contact lens orders while maintaining attention to HIPAA and store procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, fashion awareness, and solid math and cash-handling skills. This role supports retail and optometry collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly (within 30 seconds).
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully and consults with Optician/Managing Doctor when needed.
• Demonstrates patience and courtesy to customers and patients.
• Operates the POS system accurately for transactions.
• Keeps customer records organized and HIPAA compliant.
• Manages contact lens orders and related invoicing.
