For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the For Eyes Experience. You will support doctors, assist patients with selections, and help maintain precise records in a fast-paced retail optometry environment.

The role emphasizes patient communication, product knowledge, and teamwork to meet store performance goals while upholding HIPAA guidelines and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong communicator and listener; problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers and assists with frame and lens selections.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products, and services to patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information; coordinate with Optician or Doctor when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure organized filing.
• Operate POS system with accuracy; process transactions and invoices.
• Keep store visually appealing and ensure displays follow company guidelines.
