The role includes greeting customers, explaining tests and paperwork, assisting with lens/frame choices, and supporting pre-examination procedures. A High School diploma and strong communication are required, with retail and optical experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system and processes payments accurately.
• Assists customers in frame and lens selection based on vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Supports pre-examination testing and coaching for contact lens care.
• Performs duties with attention to detail under time pressure.
