LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure exceptional customer service in our Wayne, NJ store. You will greet customers, explain tests and paperwork, and assist with frame and lens choices while maintaining a patient-focused atmosphere.

The role emphasizes attention to HIPAA, accurate POS transactions, and timely communications with Opticians and Management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Sales aptitude and ability to explain features and benefits of products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide the LensCrafters Experience.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and proper handling of prescriptions.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision and lifestyle.
