Job summary

The EyeCare Advisor delivers the LensCrafters Experience by guiding customers through frames, lenses, and services while ensuring the patient journey meets quality standards. In this part-time role, you greet customers promptly, explain paperwork, tests, and services, and support both the store team and clinicians to drive exceptional care and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in retail or optical settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain products, tests, and services clearly.
• Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced enviro nment.
• Good math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds and sets a positive tone.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and privacy.
• Coordinates with Optician/Doctor and Retail Management when needed.
• Handles POS transactions following company procedures and security rules.
• Maintains store appearance and ensures displays meet guidelines.
• Supports appointment scheduling and patient flow between doctor and retail teams.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in patient record handling and data management.
