Qualifications

• Experience working with eye care patients in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with pre-testing procedures (autorefraction, visual acuity, tonometry).
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between doctor and patient to build rapport.
• Collect clinical data during preliminary testing.
• Support with in-person and video eye exams as available.
• Train team members on insertion/removal training for contacts.
