Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eyewear shopping experience. You will help customers choose frames, explain lens options, and ensure accurate measurements while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Experience in retail is helpful; training is provided. The role emphasizes sales goals, teamwork with opticians and managers, and customer service. Competitive pay with potential bonus/commission and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Uses optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.”
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Takes pride in the appearance of store and keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
