Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in eyecare/healthcare.
• ABO certification preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen including operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice and establish it as the premier destination for vision care.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Monitor operations, training, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze financial data and optimize practice profitability.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and workflow to ensure efficient patient care.
