Job summary

Keplr Vision is seeking a Practice Manager in Suwanee, GA to lead daily operations, oversee opticians and support staff, and uphold superior patient service. You will partner with Lead OD to optimize patient care workflows, drive performance, and manage staff development.

Responsibilities include supervision, training, budgeting, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while maintaining an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced optical practice.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation are critical.
• 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and achieve productivity goals.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Experience with optometric business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of Opticians, Technicians, Patient Care Coordinators, and other staff.
• Work closely with the Lead OD to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead staff performance, coaching, inspiring and developing staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Serve as a role model and ensure highest patient care standards.
• Monitor operations, provide on-the-job-training and support to team members.
• Analyze practice financial data and make recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Recruit and select high-caliber talent and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee product management, inventory management, and cost of goods.
• Conduct staff evaluations and trainings, upholding company values.
