EssilorLuxottica, through TeamVision, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager in Whittier, CA to lead daily operations of our optometry practice and deliver premium patient care.

This role requires strong leadership to supervise staff, monitor finances and billing, adopt new technology, and uphold safety programs while ensuring excellent vision care for every patient. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• ABO Certification in non-licensed state favored.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff to provide patient-centric, premium eyecare experiences.
• Assists Practice Manager in financial procedures, billing, and reporting.
• Supports change management and adoption of new technology and processes.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and proper workforce management.
• Maintains compliance with safety programs and company policies.
