Qualifications

• 4+ years management/supervisory experience in eyecare/healthcare or equivalent.
• Experience leading people, projects, operations or growth initiatives.
• Manage daily practice operations, scheduling, expenses and inventory controls.
• Knowledge of practice operations and business implications.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Strong business and financial acumen; familiarity with related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the practice team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Recruit and develop high-caliber talent and build succession pipelines.
• Monitor operations and train staff per company policy and procedures.
• Analyze financial data and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Control store profits through operations, claims accuracy, and inventory controls.
• Drive adoption of new technology, processes and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and attendance is maintained.
