You will oversee scheduling, billing, staff development, and inventory, while upholding company policies. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, communication, and a patient-centric approach to align with our 1930 heritage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a patient-centric staff to provide unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Supports the Practice Manager in diagnosing the business and driving profitability.
• Manages billing, deposits, and reporting to ensure efficiency.
• Leads staffing and training to build a talent pipeline.
• Ensures adherence to safety programs and company policies.
