Job summary

Clear Vision Eye Centers is seeking a Practice Manager to supervise Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring top-tier patient care and efficient operations. You will work closely with the Lead OD to create an outstanding patient experience across all touchpoints.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of optical operations and HIPAA compliance. This is a full-time position reporting to Management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, personal presentation and patient focus.
• 2+ years retail management/supervisory experience preferred or optical experience.
• Strong understanding of operations, processes and business acumen.
• Clear communication, strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to set, monitor and achieve productivity goals.
• Proven problem-solving, judgment and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of optometric business processes and strategic development.
• Capability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Opticians, Technicians, Patient Care Coordinators and other staff.
• Collaborate with Lead OD to deliver exceptional patient experience.
• Lead staff performance, coaching and development for outstanding customer service.
• Serve as a role model and ensure high standards of patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor practice operations and provide on-the-job training and support.
• Analyze financial data and suggest steps to improve profitability.
• Recruit and select high-caliber talent and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee product management, inventory and cost of goods.
