Job summary

American Vision Partners is seeking a Specialty Team Manager to oversee the Cataract Centers of Excellence (CCOE) and the Anterior Segment team. You will plan, organize, and coordinate patient care, educate patients about premium services, and drive clinical efficiency across east and west locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years healthcare management experience.
• Ophthalmology experience required; minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to delegate and supervise multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor for the anterior segment specialty team.
• Oversee daily operations of Cataract Center of Excellence locations.
• Review monthly management information reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and providers.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate specialty team members and align goals.
• Monitor clinic and surgery schedules and provider utilization.
• Coordinate patient communication strategies around visits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
