American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Specialty Team Manager to lead the Cataract Centers of Excellence and Anterior Segment teams. You will plan, organize, and coordinate patient care, educate staff, and ensure high-performance operations across east and west locations. Strong ophthalmology background and leadership skills are essential.

You will drive service quality, mentor employees, and maintain regulatory compliance while partnering with surgeons to deliver premium care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare leadership within ophthalmology settings is required.
• Strong communication, delegation and project management abilities are essential.
• Demonstrated HR development and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee labor management for Anterior Segment specialty team.
• Manage daily operations of Cataract Center of Excellence locations.
• Review monthly management information reports and adjust as needed.
• Develop strong surgeon and provider relationships and mentoring programs.
• Hire, counsel, train and set goals aligned with company strategy.
• Coordinate staff workload, scheduling and timekeeping accuracy.
• Ensure clinic and facility standards, compliance and patient care quality.
