Job summary

EyeSouth Partners’ MidWest Eye Center seeks a Front Desk Associate to be the first contact for patients, handle check-in/out, calls and emails, and manage scheduling with a patient-first approach. The role requires HIPAA compliance and data-entry accuracy in a fast-paced eye care facility.

Primary location is West Chester with travel to Kenwood; prior medical office experience and Nextech/ICP familiarity are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent years related experience required.
• Minimum of 1-year medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointment details.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries; manage check-in/out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays/balances; document in PMS.
• Enter data accurately in the practice management system.
