EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Crestview Hills, KY clinic. The role involves greeting patients, managing check-ins/outs, scheduling, and handling calls and emails while ensuring accurate data entry and HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of medical office experience; Nextech/ICP experience is strongly preferred. This is a no-night, no-weekend position with competitive benefits.

• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and verify appointment details.
• Handle check-ins/outs and scheduling.
