Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of Our Practice: answer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and transfer when needed.
• Be a Scheduling Superstar: book appointments and keep schedules aligned with doctor templates.
• Make Check-in a Breeze: collect forms, signatures, and ensure complete information.
• Master the Money Talk: collect copays and explain benefits and costs.
• Handle Insurance Like a Pro: verify insurance, scan cards, and enter details.
• Keep Patients in the Loop: communicate wait times and keep the waiting area tidy.
