• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage patient scheduling and flow.
• Handle check-ins, insurance verification, and medical records.
• Provide administrative support to the office team.
• Work collaboratively to keep the office running smoothly.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available 2 Saturdays/month.
