Spectrum Eye Physicians in the Bay Area is seeking a bright, customer-focused front desk professional for our San Jose, Cupertino and Los Gatos offices. You’ll be the heart of patient experience, handling calls, scheduling, check-in, insurance verification, and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical front desk is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and people skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate party.
• Book appointments by phone, online or in person.
• Keep schedules accurate and aligned with doctor templates.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and other balances; explain benefits.
• Verify insurance information and scan cards; enter data accurately.
