Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments.
• Answer calls, emails and faxes; triage inquiries promptly.
• Maintain organized front desk and confidential files.
• Coordinate scheduling and prepare patient charts for appointments.
• Assist with reports, records releases, and data transmission as needed.
• Collaborate with staff, doctors, and departments on patient flow.
