Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in-store, guiding patients through the experience and supporting both clinical and retail teams. You will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate records, and a positive atmosphere while promoting available products and services.

The role offers an hourly wage with a $38k–$45k annualized range, plus a 2% commission on personal sales and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or higher or active certification; or current enrollment in a relevant program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to facilitate sales and promote products/services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Assist with basic lens work, repairs and order management to support timely delivery.
• Schedule appointments and help resolve patient inquiries and complaints.
