Syneos Health is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to equip healthcare professionals with comprehensive training materials. The role emphasizes clear communication of results to patients and Hematology/Oncology teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in optometry/ophthalmology/nursing with oncology focus, or 1–3 years in direct clinical oncology education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in optometry/ophthalmology or nursing with oncology education focus.
• 1–3 years direct clinical oncology experience acceptable alternative.
• Strong communication with Eye Care Professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams and communicating results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials to equip healthcare professionals with knowledge of patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to share product information and REMS details per FDA guidance.
• Support care coordination as needed.
