Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients, detailing the importance and communicating results to patients.

The role collaborates with Hem/Oncology teams and Oncology Account Managers to deliver tailored training and ensure accurate REMS information is shared, aligning with FDA guidance. A strong background in oncology education and cross-functional teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments.
• Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams and communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials to equip Healthcare Professionals with understanding of critical patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to ensure clear communication of product-related information, including REMS details, per FDA guidance.
• Support care coordination as needed.
