Job summary
Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to communicate results clearly with patients and Hem/Onc teams.
The role focuses on training healthcare professionals, developing tailored materials, and collaborating with Oncology Account Managers to align REMS guidance with FDA standards. The ideal candidate has a four-year BA/BS, 3+ years in optometry/ophthalmology/nursing with oncology education, or 1–3
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology education focus.
- Alternatively, 1–3 years direct oncology experience with education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials.
Responsibilities
- Educate Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams for cancer patients and communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
- Deliver tailored educational materials for healthcare professionals on patient care procedures.
- Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to align REMS guidance with FDA standards.
