Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients, and to empower them to communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.

This role collaborates with Oncology Account Managers and Medical teams to deliver tailored educational materials, align with FDA REMS guidance, and support coordinated patient care across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology focus, or 1–3 years direct clinical oncology education.
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex oncology concepts to ECPs and stakeholders.
• Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams and training materials development.

Responsibilities

• Educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for patients and communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for Healthcare Professionals to understand critical patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to ensure clear communication of product-related information, including REMS, per FDA guidance.
• Provide support for care coordination as needed.
