Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Eye Care Educator to train Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to provide clear, actionable guidance for communicating results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.

You will develop tailored educational materials and collaborate with oncology teams to ensure accurate REMS and FDA-aligned messaging. A 4-year BA/BS is required, with 3+ years in optometry/ophthalmology or nursing focused on oncology education, or 1–3 years oncology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) in a related field.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology education.
• Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology education experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for Healthcare Professionals on patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to share product information and REMS details as per FDA guidance.
• Support care coordination as needed.
