Job summary

Syneos Health seeks an Eye Care Educator to train and empower Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients, communicating results effectively to patients and Hematology/Oncology teams.

The role involves collaborating with Oncology teams, delivering targeted materials, and supporting cross-functional education initiatives to improve patient outcomes within RRMM care pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology focus, or 1-3 years direct clinical oncology education.
• Strong ability to communicate complex oncology concepts to eye care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams and result communication.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to convey product-related information and REMS details.
