Syneos Health is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate ECPs on essential eye exams for cancer patients, collaborating with Hem/Oncology teams to relay REMS and product information. You will deliver targeted training materials and work with account managers to ensure clear, compliant communications.

The role emphasizes advanced communication skills and teamwork across departments, with a focus on oncology education and patient care support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology focus.
• Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience.
• Advanced communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience developing and delivering product-specific training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams and communicating results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for healthcare professionals' understanding of patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to ensure clear product-related information and REMS details.
• Support care coordination as needed.
