Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Eye Care Educator in Reno to educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to empower them with clear guidance for discussing results with patients and Hem/Oncology teams.

The role focuses on delivering tailored educational materials, partnering with Oncology Account Managers, and ensuring seamless communication of product-related information including REMS, per FDA guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology focus or education.
• 1–3 years direct clinical oncology experience with oncology education and patient care also acceptable.
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex oncology concepts to ECPs and stakeholders.
• Collaborative ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and delivering product-specific training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams and communicating results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials that improve HCP understanding of patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to align REMS details with FDA guidance.
• Support care coordination as needed.
