Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate ECPs on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to deliver tailored training materials for healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and the Medical team to clearly communicate REMS details and product information, ensuring alignment with FDA guidance.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to develop engaging educational content for diverse audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS).
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology/education focus.
• Alternative: 1–3 years direct clinical oncology with education and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams for cancer patients.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to communicate product information and REMS details.
• Support care coordination as needed.
