Job summary

Alcon in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Account Manager to grow territory revenue by selling the vision care portfolio and partnering with Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach.

You will develop relationships, set objectives for each sales interaction, work with colleagues on executional plans, and drive product adoption through targeted marketing efforts while meeting quarterly quotas and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience.
• English fluency required for communication with Eye Care Practitioners.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for each sales interaction based on the needs of decision makers.
• Promoting Customer Focus: Collaborate to create executional plans to meet customer and organization needs.
