The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering field and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, PCPD, DMAIC, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Proven project leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership for extrusion process technologies and support daily manufacturing operations through structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support new die introductions, equipment installation, process certification, documentation, training, and ensuring safe, high-quality processes and products.
• Build expertise in materials, processes, and equipment; develop detailed technical documentation and train operators on new equipment.
• Lead or contribute to focused projects using DOE and DMAIC for process and product improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
