Job summary

Travel up to 25% to multiple sites. Requires BS or MS in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Ceramic) with 4+ years in manufacturing. Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Access, and Minitab is essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical or Ceramic Engineering with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• Strong data analysis and Excel, Access and Minitab proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across organizational levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level production support and participate in safety initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve process issues through data analysis and experimentation.
• Lead cost reduction, process optimization, and new product introduction projects.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor equipment and process performance.
